My father is deceased. I have three handguns registered in his name. What would I have to do to change these to my name?

Hi Gene.
Unfortunately, you have to go to your local police, and apply for
new registrations. Then, fill out your green card, and take the
death cert and the registrations to the police.
No other way here in the mitten.
