... Garcia Meraz did not have a fishing license, so McGary started escorting the teen back to his car. Apparently he heard something “clinking” in the suspect’s pocket, ordered him to stop and in a flash, Garcia Meraz came up with a .45-caliber handgun. Despite this state’s statute that allows unlicensed concealed carry of a handgun while engaged in legitimate outdoor activities, including fishing, nobody is likely to lose money betting that this kid was not legally-armed.

Just what war in Washington State are you comparing to the Afghan war?

That 18 year old Hispanics shouldn't fish with .45 automatics?

You salaciously mention the kid might be illegal & you mention the father's outstanding warrant. But you DON'T KNOW if the kid is illegal and you don't know if the warrant in question is for not paying a parking ticket.

Is the war, that some imbecilic petty criminals sometimes turn minor stops into felonies by resisting arrest? Is the war, the fact that Washington needs stricter gun laws?

Just what is the point you are trying to make here & just what is going on the the woods in Washington state that you are comparing to the war in Afghanistan?

You'll have to forgive me as I'm sure you are trying to make some point here ... however, the point escapes me.
