Kagan should be held to the Kagan standard.
Elena has been known to criticize previous supreme court nominee hearings as VACUOUS with nominees revealing nothing about themselves.
Well she has a scant background with few opinions and even dodged that minor history. By the KAGAN standard you'd think we wouldn't be hearing the old tried & true I can't discuss that, because it might come before the court.
